For the new users, you are required to register before you are allowed to Start and Reply to a topic. You can only Read a topic if you are unregistered. However, there are special cases for few sections such as

- CSS-UTP Family Photo Album

For security reasons, only certified members can view the above sections.

It's very simple. Just click Register and fill in your account information. Then, we will try our best to approve your subscription as soon as possible.

As stated in the Rules and Regulations, new members are required to post their personal details in the Main Forum>Members Intro section within 3 days after your membership have been approved. We want to ensure that there is no anonymous/unknown member in this forum. Why? Because there are many forum botters out there. They can cause lots of trouble, such as posting unrelated advertisements, and even pornographic materials on any forum. I've experienced it. Hence, your cooperation is very much appreciated.

CSS-UTP UnOfficial Forum, as the name indicates, is an online space for us to discuss and share our thoughts, opinions and suggestions. It is still under testing period, but hopefully, we'll get a positive and active feedback. Nevertheless, we would like to welcome you to this humble forum =)

The membership of this forum is ONLY opened to CSS-UTP members. We would like to protect the confidentiality/privacy of the contents and discussions in this forum. Thus, do not simply invite your friends to make things merrier because only active CSS members are allowed to join the forum.

1. Please respect each other. We are one family in CSS-UTP. You are not allowed to use harsh words or abusive language that would offend the other party. Each member must maintain a good and healthy discussion environment in this forum.

2. Please do not spam excessively. Spamming is an act of posting unrelevant stuffs in a discussion.

3. Please post your topic in the proper section. For example, if you want to discuss about games, post it under Interests>Games section. Please refer to the Announcement forum for any latest update!!

4. Please do not post any sort of explicit images such as violence, drugs, sexual, pornography etc. Anyone who violate this rule will be banned immediately without a warning.
